Members present included Mike Seraphinoff, Ann Pringle, Diane Shiner, Iris Morrow, Joyce Adams, Connie Lloyd, & Sherry Aeur.
Available to the committee were documents from University of WA Dept of Landscape Architecture. The documents were a the result of a 1988, 6 week study of the Freeland area. After reviewing the material, it was unanimously concluded that one in particular by Design Team # 1, was well written, all inclusive and pertinent to current issues being addressed by the L&F committee. It was requested that copies be available for all members for further review prior to the next meeting.
ACTION:Iris and Ann will make copies, Connie & Joyce will notify members when the copies are available and the cost per copy.
Other items discussed included concerns over development which would be generated by the iminent sewer system. If an application for incorporation is made, exploring the possibility of a moratorium on new permits during the incorporation process was recommended. This issue should be diverted to the incorporation committee.
The committee has yet to write a charter.
ACTION: Joyce & Connie will draft a charter and present to the committee at the next meeting.
The next meeting is scheduled at 6:45 pm, Monday, April 3, at the Trinity Luthern Community Hall.

Connie & Crew,
What's the possibility of scanning the summary essence of the University of WA Dept of Landscape Architecture, Design Team #1 report on Freeland for inclusion on this site? Many of us would like to see it. Thanks for checking. Bill
